    I feel as though obesity is going to be one of the major problems facing physical education in the future. This was a great article because it really opened your eyes to see what is really happening to most of the health care money. As a future educator I know I want to focus mainly on reducing obesity to help with health costs and to help students live a healthier life.

  2. I have to agree with Chris. This article had some great points such as, "While some say PE has no proven effect on children’s health or long-term activity patterns, there is evidence clearly linking increased physical activity to lower disease risk." (www.ajc.com, Bryan McCullick) I think that a plan to attack obesity through physical education is necessary and needed now to help reduce health care costs and the quality of life Americans lead.
